Maple, an online medical consultation firm based in Canada, approached us with a glaring issue: no existing lead gen software allowed them to fully brand the experience when capturing and nurturing leads. Most existing solutions only covered general use cases.
For a business that relied heavily on online medical surveys to generate leads, this inefficiency was slowing down growth.
After weighing their options, they chose us at Tinkso to construct custom lead gen software. Petros Bleyan, Maple’s content manager, was pleased with the results: we had a working prototype ready to use in 2 weeks.
Even though Maple’s lead gen platform took little time to build, we needed to pack quite a few features in.
The first purpose of the platform was to deliver personalized health assessments to its users, but it was much more complex than that. Here is the custom workflow we built for Maple so they could onboard more clients.
First, create and present custom embeddable questionnaires to prospective clients.
Allow Maple to track the progress of leads through these questionnaires.
Upon completion, prompt leads to sign up for their newsletter.
Finally, present leads with a personalized score-based analysis and a set of relevant health articles.
Store the leads’ responses for future analysis.
To put this app together, we made Airtable the base for creating and managing the questionnaires. Then, we built the front end using our openBuild framework for Bubble.
The fact that Maple could generate a score-based analysis out of a set of generic health statements was key. It was a driving factor to convince leads to explore what Maple had to offer.
Our final product was a bespoke platform that worked both on desktop and mobile. It far exceeded any of the functionality that Maple had before. Not to mention, it came with a cheaper long-term price tag than the enterprise plan for a typical lead gen tool.

Working with Tinkso on our MVP was a great experience! The team was able to deliver a working prototype within weeks and made sure to address all of our requests in a timely fashion.
